Methods of payment

EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. / SEE IOU has several ways to accept order payments. Each one with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence.

The payment of the price of the products will be made by one of the following methods:

Applicable warranties.

All products offered through the website with completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All have a warranty period of two years, according to the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Pricing Policy

EL AMARIO DE CLAUDIA S.L / CRUSH MADRID reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the products offered through this website. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the time of the formalization of the order will be applied, to ensure the customer the accuracy of the price of the products.

The price of the products offered on the Web Site include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and, in any case, will be expressed in the currency Euro (€).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly provided herein. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumer any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Madrid (Spain).
