RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ALLOWED?
Yes, you will not have any problem, you can make changes and / or returns on the items you buy.
Exchanges and returns are not allowed on garments without tags or in bad condition.
You have 14 calendar days to process your return, from the moment you received your package.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
You have 14 calendar days to make an exchange from the time the item was sent to you. The exchange service is only available for countries in the European Union in the case of being in another area you must contact us at the following email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with the steps to follow.
The items must be unworn, with the security label and in the same condition you received them. If the garments do not meet these conditions, we will not proceed with the exchange.
To make a return, you have 14 calendar days to make the return, counting from the day you received the order. The different return methods have an associated cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note: The responsibility for the garment is the customer's until it is delivered to our warehouse. In no case will we be responsible for any loss or damage caused during transport.
WHEN AND HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
The refund will be made in the same payment method used for your purchase.
You will receive an email confirming the refund once the package has arrived at our warehouse in calle Génova 16, 28004 Madrid. The refund may take up to 14 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
In SEE IOU we are dedicated to review each item and each order that will be sent, if exceptionally you have received a different item than you have purchased or if the item is defective, you can contact us directly at email@example.com attaching a picture of the defect or incorrect item to be recorded in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the package, or you can contact us directly to our phone +34 624 403 970.
In both cases, we will send a shipment with the correct order as soon as possible and we will take care of picking up the wrong or defective package. The costs of collection and shipping will be assumed by us.
