CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE SEE IOU
The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner according to the provisions of Art. 10 of the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the policy of protection of personal data.
The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L., recommends the full reading of the legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.
This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998 of April 13, 1998 on general conditions of contracting, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014 of March 27, 2014.
The contracting conditions are as follows:
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS.
The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on screen next to the visual identification of these. All orders are subject to product availability. If at the time of the issuance of the order we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. will try to locate the garment.
If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item charged and not sent will be paid in the following days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED
The prices in force on the website at the time of the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included, this will be broken down later in the purchase process.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
THE PROCEDURE TO CONTRACT THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE OFFERED THROUGH THE WEB SITE, IS THE FOLLOWING ONE:
  1. Select the product: The Customer who wishes to purchase a product offered through the Website must choose a family (jackets, shirts, t-shirts, etc), view the product, can enlarge the photograph, see the detail and the back of the product, composition, available sizes, reference and price. If the product is on the waiting list, one of our agents will contact you to inform you of dates and availability. When selecting the garment, color and size you must click on the "Add to cart" button. The Customer will be able to continue selecting other products through the Website. These products will be included in the "Shopping Cart". The Customer will be able to continue with the purchase process until he/she has selected all the products he/she wishes to order through the Website.
  2. My Basket/Products: Once all the products have been selected, the Customer may click on the "My Basket" button and a summary of the order will be displayed. This summary will detail the name of the selected products, with their corresponding image, as well as the unit price, the quantity, the subtotal of the purchase and the total of the purchase including taxes, if the customer wishes to continue shopping, he/she will have to click on the tabs of the products of his/her interest, following the same process detailed above. Otherwise, he/she will check the "Process order" button.
  3. Place order: Next, the Customer must verify and fill in the billing information related to the order (First and Last Name, Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country, Phone, etc). Customers who have already registered their shipping information at a previous time will not be asked to fill in this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment information, you must include the shipping information of the order, as well as the billing information of the same. Once this information has been completed you will be able to check the "Confirm" button.
  4. Shipping method: This screen informs you of the shipping costs.
  5. Payment informationPayment information: Next, the Customer will be redirected to the payment gateway by clicking on continue. To do this the Website offers the customer the option to choose a form of payment by credit card, VISA, MasterCard, as well as 4B debit card or 4B Maestro (which involves an automatic charge), or PayPal system. You must notify EAC of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that EAC can take the appropriate steps. Additionally, suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures, which entail the rejection of certain types of transactions. EAC is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.
  6. Order reviewBefore proceeding to the next step, the Customer may, before validating, view a summary of the order. Before proceeding with the payment, all the order data are exposed so that the Customer can check them or, if applicable, modify them in returning to the previous step.
  7. Order confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, the Customer is shown confirmation of receipt of the order. The order will be processed once EAC receives confirmation of the payment of the order according to the method chosen by the Customer.
  8. Once the purchase process is completed, the Customer will receive an e-mail with the information related to the order (order number, products purchased, delivery times and information on shipping costs).
  9. The Customer will receive the products purchased at the address provided, according to the delivery times set out in this Website.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
Each time the company receives an order an e-mail confirmation of receipt is sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order, except in the case of receipt on holidays or weekends, which confirmation will be sent the next business day after receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS
ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. has several ways to accept payment of orders. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence. The payment of the price of the products will be made by any of the following ways:
  • Payment by credit card. Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the operation will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
  • Payment with Paypal. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of the privacy conditions of Paypal, alien to those of this website.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless otherwise provided by law.
The withdrawal period will end after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify its decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. Both the e-mail address and the postal address to which you may send your request appear at the end of these conditions of purchase.
The date of issue of the declaration of withdrawal will be taken into account to determine the observance of the withdrawal period. EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. will promptly communicate to the customer on a durable medium the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, in case of receiving the exercise of this right via email. EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. will refund any payment received from the customer, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, (will cost 8€) unless the customer expresses otherwise and provided that it does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery, EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. shall not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising therefrom. The customer must return the products that make up the order being returned to EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. in perfect condition, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicates its decision to withdraw from the contract to EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L.
This period shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order. The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. Likewise, returns can be made in store.

You just need to bring the INVOICE that you will find in your customer account with the item (or items) you want to return to the store and the physical card with which you made the purchase.
Purchases paid in full by card or paypal will be refunded following the original payment method within 5 working days.
No refund will be made for Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer.

APPLICABLE WARRANTIES

All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All have a warranty period of two years, according to the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

  • It is the responsibility of EAC to make the necessary arrangements with the transport company to ensure delivery of the order within a maximum period of 15 working days in the case of shipments to the peninsula and 40 working days in the case of Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or abroad, otherwise the shipment will be canceled and the customer will be refunded the amount of the order and the shipment.
  • If after this period and once the amount has been returned to the customer the shipment arrives, the customer may choose to return the shipment without any charge or make the payment of the order.
  • The delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, which may be different from their usual residence, being able to be sent to their workplace or even to a third person to whom you want to make a gift.
  • In any of the assumptions will require the identification of the buyer or the person to whom the product is addressed, by means of official document that identifies him and signature of the delivery note.
  • The amounts indicated include Spanish VAT and are subject to change depending on the taxation applicable to the country of invoicing chosen.

PRICING POLICY
EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the products offered through this website. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the time of the formalization of the order will be applied, to ensure the customer the accuracy of the price of the products. The price of the products offered on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and, in any case, shall be expressed in Euro currency.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the consumer and EL ARMARIO DE CLAUDIA, S.L., without recourse to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly set forth herein. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumer any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Madrid (Spain).
