Shipping methods, delivery time and transportation

Shipping options may vary depending on the time of order, delivery address, and availability of items.

Home delivery:

1. Spain - Peninsula:shipments are FREE from 39€. Orders under 39€ are charged 3.95€

- Shipments take 2-3 working days from order confirmation. If the order is placed outside online hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

2. Spain (Balearic Islands): Shipping is FREE for orders over 150€. Orders under 150€ will be charged 5.95€.

-Shipments take 2-3 working days from order confirmation.If the order is placed outside online hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

3. Spain (Canary Islands): Shipping is FREE for orders over 150€. Orders under 150€ are charged at 8.95€.

- Shipments to take 3-5 working days from order confirmation. If the order is placed outside online hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

*Important: for shipments to the Canary Islands it is necessary for the customer to send us an e-mail to seeiou.online@gmail.com after placing the order indicating your ID to include it in the invoice in order to carry out the customs procedures. In the event that the customer has not provided us with the DNI and does not respond to our e-mails or calls to request the information the order will be canceled and will be notified by e-mail.

4. Europe: Shipping costs will be 10€.

- Depending on the country of destination the shipping time is 7 - 10 working days. If the order is placed outside online hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

*Important: for international shipments it is necessary for the customer to send us an e-mail toseeiou.online@gmail.comafter placing the order, indicating your ID number or an identity document in order to include it in the invoice for customs clearance. In the event that the customer has not provided us with the ID cardprovided us with the ID card and does notIf the customer does not respond to our e-mails or calls to request the information, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by e-mail.
